Digital Downloads (MP3 Files, Digital Albums)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience any technical issues downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at morijoytalk@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. 💕


Physical CDs

Each of our physical CDs is made-to-order, meaning every CD is custom-produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, all CD sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We appreciate your understanding, and we promise to put so much love into every CD we make. 💿💕


Damages and Issues

If your CD arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at morijoytalk@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. We'll review and do our absolute best to make it right. 🐾💕


Custom Lip-Sync Video Orders

Custom lip-sync videos are personalized creations made just for you. As such, all custom video orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
