Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Copying, reproducing, or downloading our content without permission
  • Distributing, sharing, or reselling our songs, videos, or images
  • Using our music, videos, or images in commercial projects, advertisements, or for-profit content
  • Re-uploading our content to other platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) under your own name
  • Modifying, remixing, or creating derivative works without written consent

2. AI Disclosure

At MoriJoy, we believe in transparency. Our content is created with a combination of human creativity and AI technology.

  • Songs: All lyrics and creative direction are written by the human artists behind MoriJoy. The music production and vocal performances are generated through AI based on our original lyrics and creative vision.
  • Videos: AI is used to animate images and create lip-sync visuals. The creative concept, storytelling, music selection, and direction are all by the human team behind MoriJoy.
  • Photos & Images: Some images may be AI-enhanced or AI-generated to bring our visual storytelling to life.

While AI plays a significant role in our production process, every piece of MoriJoy content is guided by real human emotion, real stories, and real love — for Mori, for Joy, and for every fur baby out there. 🐾

3. License Terms — Personal Use Only

When you purchase MoriJoy music (digital downloads, CDs, or any other format), you are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to enjoy the music for your own private use.

Permitted uses:

  • Listening on your personal devices
  • Playing in your home or personal space
  • Sharing within your immediate household

Strictly prohibited:

  • Public performance or broadcast (radio, TV, public venues, etc.)
  • Use in commercial projects, advertisements, businesses, or for-profit content
  • Use in social media content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, etc.) without written permission
  • Re-distribution, reselling, sharing, or uploading to streaming platforms
  • Use in any video, podcast, film, or other media production
  • Modifying, sampling, or creating derivative works

4. Custom Order Terms

When you purchase a custom lip-sync video or any personalized MoriJoy creation, the following terms apply:

Your Submissions:

  • By submitting photos, names, or personal details of your pet (or any individual featured in your custom video), you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share those materials.
  • You grant MoriJoy permission to use the submitted materials solely for the purpose of creating your custom video.

MoriJoy's Rights:

  • MoriJoy retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the music, video format, animation, and creative direction used in your custom video.
  • We may, with your permission, share completed custom videos on our social media or website to showcase our work. If you prefer to keep your video private, please let us know.

Your Use of the Video:

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to share, save, and enjoy your custom video.
  • Commercial use, monetization, or reselling of the custom video is strictly prohibited without written consent from MoriJoy.

Refunds:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as each video is created uniquely for you.
